Remove your old seals by whatever means you deem necessary 
Take the new universal seals and miter and glue the corners just like your factory seal. Keep in mind that your door might need to be adjusted, as you are putting door seals on a 15+ year vehicle and they tend to shift over time.
It will take some time for the door to close with realtive ease, some cases a week or two or maybe a month of opening and closing.
