The instructions are very easy. Basically, you disconnect both fuel fill tubes from the back of the gas tank, then you remove the rear d-shaft from the rear axle (leave it attached to the tcase). Move it out of the way and secure with a strap or bunjee cable. Then, remove the bolts that hold the skidplate to the frame, using a jack & stands to support the original skid. Then, slide the skid and tank towards the passenger side and slowly lower it, noting that you will still have to disconnect the sending unit wires & hoses. Once those are disconnected, drop the whole assembly to the ground. Remove from under the jeep. Then, install the new triangular piece onto the frame first. Next, put the old gas tank into the new skidplate, and installation is the reverse. Super easy.
