Any suggestions on what to do? Mine is cracking around the door lock.

finding some from a donor truck might work, but my guess is trying to remove it would ruin it (from the donor). Maybe you could mix up a clear epoxy and fill the cracks to stop it from moving?

Well, does it look like plastic wood grain wide vinyl tape?
Here's an idea if your crafty.
The craft stores may have vinyl rolls with an adhesive backing.
The vinyl came in colors and different shades of wood grain.
I used it to make single color decals to be applied to a glass window.
There is a poor version used as shelf liner. The better stuff has a stronger adhesive backing.
If you can find the good stuff.
Find a scrap door to practice on would be best.
The vinyl will stretch to fit the curves. If its the good stuff you may need some heat from a hair dryer.
A roll of material is usually 1 to 2 feet wide, several feet long. More than you will need.
A body-shop may be able to get the better stuff. Some of the newer cars have it as a decal along the side of the car.

I may have found you a source.
              www.vinylgraphics.net
They have different shades and different sizes.

The product is called true wood made by 3M.
This would be the correct product I believe.

Whatever you get, i'd make sure it's UV protected or it will fade in a year and need done again.
