Front axle binding causing broken hubs?

I have something binding in my front axle. I keep losing my LF lockout. When I turn I also have a squeak from the LF. I've rebuilt both hubs with new bearings, races, seals, rotors, new locking nuts. I have slight play in the upper ball joint on that side and the axle seal is staring to seap on that side. The squeak happens in 2wd with the lockouts unlocked... The bolts keep breaking on the lockout. Any ideas? My guess are the spindle bearings

I would agree that the spindle bearings may be worn, causing more stress on the outer components
