Does anyone out there know who makes fender flares that fit a jeep grand wagoneer? After putting on a six inch lift and huge tires, I get stuff flipped all over my car. thanks.

There is nothing available that is a direct fit, however the "Bushwacker" Cut Out fender flares for a 4 door XJ can be made to fit. The process includes cutting out some sheetmetal, and trimming the flares to match the body contours.
I started installation of mine last night, and it went pretty well. It did take me about 3 hours to do one front flare though (I am a bit of a perfectionist)

I will see if I can get some pics posted...

Jason, looking really good so far. Are you doing anyithing special to connect the inner & outer fenders (after cutting) so that mud, sand, dirt, salt, etc. doesn't get packed in there and corrode things? I'm thinking that the inner & outer sheets need to be welded together with a strip of metal as well as sealing the bare edges with something that will protect the metal better than rattle can paint. Your thoughts?

Just in case you haven't seen Heimeken's FSJ "CATERPILLAR" Wagoneer, check out his site at http://snow.prohosting.com/heimeken/index.htm

Also - there are detailed photos of his Bush______ cut-out XJ flares here

Yes, After everything is all fit I am going to fill in all the gaps with new metal. It will be all welded shut to keep it sealed.

I used Heimeken's site as referance. It was a big help.

I will be adding the full detailed installation information to my website on the weekend.

Jason, excellent installation and write-up on your flares! Thanks for taking the time this weekend to update your website.

As you seal the inner & outer panels together, could you please document that process with a description and photos?

Are your front & rear axles still narrow track? Just wondering if you will have more room for larger O.D. tires with a wide track (or) narrow track axle (and the cut-out flares).

            Thanks Again
