they are just mounts, not body lift. Also, they won't fit the '76 (only '78 and up)

Hi, I have the BJ's OffRoad 2" body lift. Will these bushings replace my old/worn bushings? I did not realize that the body lift kit did not come with new bushings until I jacked the vehicle up and thought....
Anywho, if these will not work, do you carry what I need: Body mounts on a 2' body lift (BJ's), for a 1990 GrandWagoneer.
I need these ASAP, as I rented a bay at my mechanics garage to do this. I can pay for next-day air "no matter" the price.
