Hello has anyone ever found any lights that will fit the gladiator grill ware the pie plates go ?

lots of people have. The main consensus was mid to late 60's Lincoln lights were a perfect fit, among others.

Is there a company that deals in old ford Lincon resto parts to try find anything like that in my part of the woods is going to be next to impossibule. Thanks for your tip I will start to look on the net.

No, mostly it would be a pull-a-part yard, etc. to get the buckets. There are a lot of people on IFSJA.org that have posted up solutions, makes, models, etc. I may talk to our fabricator about building a ring that would mount an aftermarket light, like some of the Rigid versions we sell.
