fan shroud question

I see that the fan shroud is listed for '74 and later FSJ's with the AMC V8. Is there any reason why it wouldn't work in a '71-'73 FSJ with AMC V8?

As I recall, Brent found that our radiator will also work with the 71-73 (ie: they are the same). If that is the case, then the shroud should also be the same as well. Unfortunately though, I don't have an earlier FSJ to verify with.

I know my old '75 had the same radiator as a 73 that I compared it too. It could be it was a left over, and that its different than some 75's (AMC was good at that). But as far as I know, the radiator mounts are identical between those years.
