  • rubber brake lines

Im going to be replacing the rubber brake lines on my 74 cherokee and im going to be eventually putting a 4 in lift on it so my question is do i get the 3-5 in lift rubber brake lines or the 6-8 lift lines to account for flex. they are all the same price right now so i just wanted to know if there are bennefits for getting different lengths or not.

our lines are braided stainless steel with teflon inners (not rubber). If you are going to lift it 4", I'd go with the 3-4" lifted lines. The heights we lift are for fully flexed versions of each lift height (ie: the 3-4" lines are made to accommodate a 4" lift at full flex). Just make sure to loosely tie the lines away from the tire until you lift it, so they don't rub on them.
